I can want to help the people here and respect that the technicians are just doing their jobs.

I couldn't tell you their purpose without speaking to them directly, but I don't assume pure malice unless proven otherwise.
Maybe they want to learn. Maybe this is the only way they know how. Predators need to kill prey to survive, does that make them evil?
